Carrying out a large volume of projects throughout the peninsula and its islands makes us especially solvent with the procedures to be carried out in City Councils, Industry Delegations, supply companies, shopping malls, Control Agencies, and any of the actors related to the services performed by our studio.

Areas of specialization:

Retail: After more than 20 years of carrying out projects for a large number of companies, we have internalized the essence of this type of work and the need to closely control the various parameters that guarantee the success of each operation, such as cost control, time and coordination between the various teams involved, from the theoretical conception of the business until its opening day.
Leisure and Tertiary: We address most of the issues arised from activities such as catering at the project stage. Only anticipation can guarantee success.
Industrial: More than 20 years of experience in the design of MEP installations in a wide range of sectors: DC (Data Centers), mechanical workshops for automotive or machining industries, recording studios, industrial buildings for various uses (factories, warehouses), outdoor lighting, high and low voltage electrical distribution networks, electric car parks (chargers, pantographs, etc.), photovoltaic solar stations, and others.
Leisure and tertiary: We address many of the issues that arise in activities such as restaurants at the design stage. Only anticipation can guarantee success.
Residential and tourist accommodation: Single-family dwellings, multi-family dwellings, hotels, coliving spaces.
Healthcare sector: Within this very specific sector, we have a large number of successful projects to our credit: hospital environments (X-ray, MRI, haemodynamics, operating theatres, etc.), private clinics, other healthcare facilities such as opticians, hearing aid shops, tattoo studios and others. In all of our projects we take into account the fact that an important part of the work can be carried out in operating hospital environments.
