When carrying out housing development projects, at Recursos Técnicos para servicios de Ingeniería y Arquitectura, we have worked efficiently from the outset, solving many of the problems that could become complicated and inconvenient in the construction phase for all parties. Such solutions can include the following: high electrification for all the houses without the need to install new transformers, distribution of the cabinets for the different connections so that they do not contaminate the facades of the premises, and optimize their sales potential, agreements for vertical and horizontal communications without sacrificing monetizable spaces and avoiding interference with private areas, early achievement of connections for supplies and other of the many points to be resolved that this type of work presents.
