Depending on the client’s needs, in Recursos Técnicos para servicios de Ingeniería y Arquitectura we can manage:

– Drafting of the Technical Specification Document for interaction with the building.

– Design: Architecture and Interior Design. Distribution of spaces, design of finishes, materials and corporate atrezzo.

– Drafting of technical projects for conditioning and activity.

– Project Manager. Project definition and feasibility analysis, planning, execution, monitoring and control, deactivation and final evaluation.

Over the years, as well as the projects carried out, we have got a great control of the ratios of surfaces for each use, and formulation for the different office profiles to be designed, implemented or adapted (corporate, business centers, coworking – flexible spaces).

We are familiar with the AEO Standard for Office Space Measurement.
